How I work with South Shields businesses

I'm based in Sunderland, right next to South Tyneside. A project with me runs on WhatsApp, the phone, Google Meet or email.

WhatsApp is usually the easiest way in. Send a message and I reply the same working day, in UK hours. If something's easier to explain on a video call, Google Meet works for that.

I lead every project, so the person you message is the person responsible for your site. I build it, and a standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks.

When it comes to reviews, I ask every client the same way, with nothing offered in return.

What a website costs, in four steps

Book a free 15-minute call or send a WhatsApp, and tell me what the site has to do.
Get it in writing.
You get a fixed price from me in writing. For a website, that's from £795, though most land between £1,500 and £5,000. Shops and web apps get their own price after the call.
Half to start.
You pay half, and the build begins.
The rest before launch.
You pay the rest before the site goes live.

I'm not VAT registered, so the figure in writing is the total. My prices page has more on how a quote works.

After launch, I can look after the site if you want me to: Care+ at £49 a month, or a plan shaped to your site, priced after a call. More on keeping the site running.

What stays yours

Your web address is registered in your name from day one.
Once the site is paid for, it's yours, along with everything on it: the files, the words and the photos.
Your Google Business Profile stays yours. I'm added as a manager, and you stay the owner.

If you ever move on, you get everything within 10 working days.

Do you cover Jarrow and Hebburn?

Yes, and the rest of South Tyneside. The whole project runs on WhatsApp, the phone, Google Meet or email, so it works the same from Jarrow, Hebburn or South Shields.

Do you build websites for charities in South Tyneside?

How quickly can a new site go live?

A standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks. Before it goes live, you see the whole site on a private preview link and tell me what to change.

Can I meet you in person?

Not for now: I don't offer meetings in person. Calls happen on WhatsApp, the phone or Google Meet, and Google Meet is a video call if you'd like to see who you're dealing with. I reply the same working day, in UK hours.

Do you help with IT as well?

Yes, separately from websites and Care+. I offer small business IT support to any local business, not just website clients. My team and I start remotely, with your permission. If a job needs a visit, someone from my team comes out to you, anywhere in the North East.
