Who I work with

Websites for padel clubs and venues

A site that explains your courts, coaching and memberships, and sends players straight to your booking system.

I'm Luke Duff, a web designer in Sunderland. I can build websites for padel clubs and venues, including ones that haven't opened yet. I lead every project, so you deal with me from the first message to launch and after it. Most websites cost between £1,500 and £5,000.

Clubs anywhere in the UK can work with me on WhatsApp, the phone or Google Meet. The sites below already do key jobs a club's site needs: booking a call, class pages and enquiry forms. Yours would be my first padel club.

Two sites with what a club needs

Both already do jobs a club's site has to do, for other kinds of business. Open each one and judge the work, or see everything I've built.

The Time Liberation website

He is very professional and his communication is great. He talked me through the full process and being honest and realistic... that’s very rare these days.

What a padel club's website needs

Your booking system takes care of court bookings. The website's job is everything a player wants to know before they book, plus the enquiries an app can't take, like team days and parties.

  • A clear way to bookA Book a court button in the header that opens your booking system, whether that's Playtomic or another app. Players shouldn't have to hunt for it.
  • Help for first-timersAnswer what a new player wonders before they come: what to wear, whether they can borrow a racket, and how to find you.
  • Coaching and beginner sessionsA page for lessons and beginner sessions, saying who each one suits and how to sign up.
  • MembershipsWhat each membership includes, set out so people can compare them, with a way to join or ask a question.
  • Group and party enquiriesA short form for team days, parties and leagues, so a group booking reaches you as a proper enquiry with the details you need.
  • Yours to updateChange your own words and photos, so new sessions, events and opening times go up when you want them to.

Opening soon? Start before the courts are ready

Padel has grown fast in Britain. In May 2026, the LTA counted 1,000,000 players (opens in a new tab) across 1,825 courts at 551 venues.

You don't have to wait for opening day. A simple page can go live early with where you'll be, what you'll have and a sign-up for news, then grow into the full site before you open.

Set up your Google Business Profile early too, so the venue can show on Google Maps and in search once it's verified. You're the owner, and I'm added as a manager. Here's more on getting on Google.

From a free call to launch: 3 to 6 weeks for a standard site

  1. Call.

You tell me about your courts, your booking system and when you open. The call is free and takes 15 minutes.

  2. Price.

I send you a fixed price in writing. You pay half to start.

  3. Build.

I build it. You see the site on a private preview link before it goes live and send changes by WhatsApp or email. Two rounds of changes are included. Nothing gets added that you didn't ask for.

  4. Launch.

You pay the other half, the site goes live, and it's yours.

A standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks.

What a padel club website costs

Most websites I build cost between £1,500 and £5,000, and smaller sites start at £795. Before I start, you get a fixed price in writing. You pay half to start and half before the site goes live. I'm not VAT registered, so the price you see is the total. A standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks, and two rounds of changes are included.

After launch, looking after the site is optional: Care+ website maintenance at £49 a month, or a plan shaped to your site, priced after a call.

What stays yours

  • Your web address is registered in your name from day one.

  • Once the site is paid for, it's yours, along with everything on it: the files, the words and the photos.

  • Your Google Business Profile stays yours. I'm added as a manager, and you stay the owner.

If you ever move on, you get everything within 10 working days.

I've written more about who owns your website.

Questions from padel clubs

Can the website take court bookings?

Your booking system already does that, so the site sends players to it with a clear Book a court button. Players book the way they already do, and your court times stay in one place.

My venue hasn't opened yet. Is it too early?

No. A simple page can go live first, with where you'll be and a sign-up for news, and grow into the full site before you open. Setting up your Google listing early helps too.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. You can change your own words and photos, so new sessions, events and opening times go up when you want. That's true whether I build your site on WordPress or Next.js.

Can you guarantee more bookings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. I can make the site clear and easy to book from.

How much does a padel club website cost?

The same as any website I build. Prices start from £795, and most cost between £1,500 and £5,000. You get a fixed price in writing before work starts, and that's the total, with no VAT to add.
