A website for D&G Minibus and Van Hire, a minibus hire firm in Sunderland

One short quote form, a page for each kind of trip and a section for each area it covers.

The business

D&G's site has a page for each kind of trip, from airport runs and football away days to school transport and weddings. Its quote form asks where you're going and how many are travelling.

What my team and I built

  • One short quote form that asks for pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers and one way or return.
  • A Call Now button that stays on screen.
  • A page for each kind of trip, from airport runs and football away days to school transport and weddings.
  • A section for each area D&G covers, such as Durham, Gateshead and South Shields.
  • An FAQ on vehicle sizes, drivers and the areas covered.
  • A gallery, a reviews section and a blog.

I also write posts for D&G's blog, including a set on school trips. In 2025 I moved the site to new hosting, and I look after its updates and backups.

Google reviews and the listing

I advised D&G on getting Google reviews, and I now help manage its Google listing. The listing shows 5.0 from 215 reviews (checked Oct 2026).

How it works day to day

Someone planning a trip can find the page for their kind of trip, check the area, then send the short form or tap Call Now. The form gives D&G the trip details up front.

For a hire firm, the form is the product. A short one that asks the right things gets the details in once.

Built with

This site runs on WordPress with Elementor, a drag-and-drop page builder, and Yoast SEO, a plugin for titles and descriptions. I pick WordPress or Next.js for each job, and here is how websites are built.

On every website I build, I work to the same terms. The web address is registered in the client's name from day one. The site and everything on it, the files, the words and the photos, belong to the client once it's paid for.

Want something like this?

I build websites for hire companies. Tell me what you hire out, or book a call.

I reply the same working day, in UK hours.
