I'm Luke Duff. I can build websites for businesses in Middlesbrough and across Teesside, Stockton and Redcar included. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. How I work with Middlesbrough businesses

Message me on WhatsApp and you're talking to the person who runs your project. I lead every job, and you deal with me from the first message to launch and after it.

Sunderland is my base, so the whole project runs over WhatsApp, phone calls, Google Meet and email. I reply the same working day, in UK hours.

You won't get a sales call from me out of the blue, because I don't cold-call. And once the work starts, nothing goes on your site that you didn't ask for.

Building a standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks, and before it goes live you get a private preview link and can send me changes on WhatsApp or by email.

Your price, in writing

Every price I give you is the total. I'm not VAT registered, so nothing gets added at the end.

Websites cost from £795. Most come in between £1,500 and £5,000. Online shops and web apps get a price once I know what they need to do. Whichever it is, I put the figure in writing, and it's fixed before any work starts. The payment splits in two: half at the start, half before the site goes live.

What comes as standard, and what you own

Four things come as standard on every site I build:

A button people can tap to ring you.
A WhatsApp button.
A simple contact form.
A link to your Google reviews.

Beyond those, you get the pages and features you asked for, and nothing you didn't. Once the site is live, you can change your own words and photos. The platform is WordPress or Next.js: Next.js tends to win for speed and custom work, WordPress when you'd like to do plenty of the editing yourself, and the final call depends on your job.

Ownership is simple. The web address is in your name from day one. The site is yours once it's paid for, files, words and photos included. Your Google Business Profile stays yours, and I'm only ever a manager on it. If you ever move on, you get everything within 10 working days.

Yes, separately from websites and Care+. I offer small business IT support to any local business, not just website clients. My team and I start remotely, with your permission. If a job needs a visit, someone from my team comes out to you, anywhere in the North East.
