How I work with Newcastle businesses

What you get, and what stays yours
Here's what you get when I build your site:
- A site that works properly on phones, tablets and computers.
- A tap-to-call button, a WhatsApp button, a simple contact form and a link to your Google reviews.
- A private preview link to see the whole site before it goes live. You send changes by WhatsApp or email.
- Only the things you asked for. Nothing gets added that you didn't want.
- The right platform for the job. I build on WordPress or Next.js (two common ways to build a website). My rule of thumb is Next.js for speed and custom work, and WordPress when you want to do a lot of the editing yourself. I still pick for each job.
- Control of your own words and photos, so you can change them whenever you like.
The parts that matter stay in your name. Your web address is registered to you from day one. Once the site is paid for, it's yours, along with the files, the words and the photos. Your Google Business Profile stays yours too, with me added as a manager.

Questions about web design in Newcastle
How long does web design take in Newcastle?
A standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks. Being in Newcastle while I'm in Sunderland doesn't add to that, because calls happen on WhatsApp, the phone or Google Meet. You see the whole site on a private preview link before it goes live, so there's time to spot anything you want changed before launch.

Can I get a website without a monthly subscription?
Yes. The website itself is a one-off, fixed price, paid half at the start and half before launch. Care+ is my monthly plan at £49 a month. It's optional, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Every website still needs hosting and a domain renewal, whoever builds it. You normally own the domain and pay the renewal to the registrar direct. Hosting comes with Care+, or I quote it on its own.
Can I meet you in person?
Not for now: I don't offer meetings in person. Calls happen on WhatsApp, the phone or Google Meet, and Google Meet is a video call if you'd like to see who you're dealing with. I reply the same working day, in UK hours.
Do you help with IT as well?
Yes, separately from websites and Care+. I offer small business IT support to any local business, not just website clients. My team and I start remotely, with your permission. If a job needs a visit, someone from my team comes out to you, anywhere in the North East.
