Websites start from £795. Most cost between £1,500 and £5,000. You get a fixed price in writing before I start, and I'm not VAT registered, so that price is the total. Online shops, web apps and software for your staff are priced after a call.

After launch: Care+ or a plan around your site

Once your site is live, I can look after it if you want me to. Care+ is £49 a month for hosting, updates, weekly backups, small content changes, Google listing work and blog writing. Or I can shape a plan around your site, priced after a call.

It's optional. You can have a site built without it, and cancel Care+ with 30 days' notice. Care+ covers websites only, not IT help. An online shop, web app or custom software gets its support quoted separately.

Getting found on Google

People often look a business up on Google before they ring. I can set up and look after your Google listing. That's part of Care+. If your site is hosted somewhere else, there's a Google-only version of Care+, priced after a call.

Blog writing, video and animation

I write blog posts for your website. You can buy that on its own, and it's also part of Care+. If you'd like to read a post before it goes out, you can. See blog writing.

I also make videos and animations: promo and explainer videos, short social clips, animated logos and product or website demo videos. That's a separate service from blog writing. See video and animation.

Branding, business email and AI help

  • Logo design and branding

    A logo, the files and a brand guide. Three rounds of changes are included. Once it's paid for, they're yours.

  • Business email setup

    Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, DreamHost and others. I set up forwarding, and put your email on your phones and laptops. WhatsApp me if you need it.

  • AI consulting

    I help any business bring AI into its work, starting with a call. You can have one video call with written notes, a half-day workshop or ongoing monthly help. All of it is priced after a call.

IT support

IT support is for any local small business, not only website clients. I can help with:

  • Wi-Fi and networks
  • CCTV
  • Card machines
  • New computers and set-up
  • Backups and servers

I start remotely, with your permission. If you need someone on site, my team can come to you anywhere in the North East. There are no fixed prices. Each job is priced to the job after a call.

How a project works

  1. Call

    A free 15-minute call, so I know what you need.

  2. Price

    I send you a fixed price in writing before I start. You pay half to begin.

  3. Build

    I build it. I send you a private preview link, and you send changes by WhatsApp or email. Two rounds of changes are included.

  4. Launch

    You pay the other half, and the site goes live.

  5. After launch

    Care+ is there if you want it. If you don't, the site is still yours.

A standard site takes 3 to 6 weeks. For features and web apps, most take a few weeks and a small job can take days. Your quote sets the timescale.
