I add custom features to business websites: booking and quote forms that ask the right questions, product finders, payments and almost anything else a job needs. When an enquiry lands, it already has what you need to reply.

Features I add to websites

Quote forms, booking forms and a product finder I built are already live on client sites. Here's what I add:

  • Booking formsThe whole job in one go: where, when and how many.
  • Quote formsWhat kind of job it is and where, before you reply.
  • Product findersA few questions point a customer to the right product, then to a quote.
  • Quote buttonsOn every page, so a price is always one tap away.
  • Payments on a formPeople pay when they book or order.
  • Calculators and quote toolsA price worked out from a few answers.
  • Members' areas and loginsPages people log in to see.
  • Booking systemsBuilt into your website.
  • Gift vouchersSold through your website.

Someone else built your site? I can still add a feature. I'll check the site first, then tell you what's possible.

If customers need to manage their own accounts and bookings, that's a web app. A tool for your own staff is custom software.

Forms that get you the whole enquiry

D&G Minibus and Van Hire's booking form sits near the top of their homepage. It asks for pickup, drop off, date, time, passengers, and one way or return, and the return fields only appear for a return trip.

If a ready-made booking tool will do, I'll say so. If not, I build a form that asks only what you need to reply properly.

Features on sites I've built

What features cost

Every site I build has a contact form, a tap-to-call button, a WhatsApp button and a link to your Google reviews. Anything more is a feature, priced after a free 15-minute call.

You get a fixed price in writing, then pay half to start and half before it goes live. Most features take a few weeks, and your quote sets the timescale.

Questions about website features

How to add a booking system to my website?

Sign up to a ready-made booking tool and add it to your site, or have a booking form built in that asks what your business needs. Tell me how your bookings work and I'll say which I'd pick.

How does an online booking system work?

The customer fills in what they need, when, and how to reach them. You get the enquiry the way you prefer, check your diary and reply. Some ready-made tools also let customers pick a free slot.

How to create an online booking system?

A ready-made tool is quicker to set up. A form built for you asks the questions your business needs. For hire firms, Quote Desk for hire firms is coming soon.
