When you submit a form through this website (e.g. contact form or project enquiry form), I collect the following data:

3. How Your Data Is Stored
All form submissions are stored securely via email and/or website database with appropriate security measures. Your data is not shared or sold to third parties.
4. Cookies & Tracking
I use Google Analytics on this site and on my portfolio at portfolio.lukeduff.co.uk, in both cases only after you have agreed through the cookie banner. Decline and the analytics scripts do not load and no analytics cookies are set. The two sites keep their consent separate, with their own banners and their own cookies, so you will be asked once on each and a choice on one does not carry over to the other.
The lawful basis for analytics is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and the cookies are set under regulation 6 of PECR. You can change your mind at any time: on the portfolio, use the “Cookies” button in its footer; on this site, clear cookies for lukeduff.co.uk in your browser and the banner will ask again. Withdrawing does not affect anything that happened before you did.
