Digital You CIC is a community interest company that works on digital inclusion across the North East. I built its website, which sets out what it does and takes enquiries through a simple form.

The business
Digital You helps organisations build their approach to digital inclusion. Its site headline is "Digital Inclusion Your Way".

What I built
- A home page that sets out the work and the mission.
- Pages for who they are, what they do and their values.
- An enquiry form that asks for name, organisation, email and the type of enquiry.
- A "Digital Inclusion Insights" blog.
- An accessibility button.
- Cookie choices for visitors.
- Privacy and other policies.
- The CIC number and registered office in the footer.

How it works day to day
An organisation can read about the work, then send an enquiry and say which kind of help it's after.
A community organisation's site has to explain its work clearly and make it easy to ask for help.

Built with
This site runs on WordPress with Elementor, a drag-and-drop page builder. I pick WordPress or Next.js for each job, and here is how websites are built.
On every website I build, I work to the same terms. The web address is registered in the client's name from day one. The site and everything on it, the files, the words and the photos, belong to the client once it's paid for.

More work near Newcastle: my Newcastle web design work. More like this: a website for a Northumberland joiner and a website for a Sunderland dog training club. Back to Luke Duff.
