Luxury Trendz is a personal shopping business that operates primarily on Instagram. They approached me to create a website that would help them increase sales and reduce their reliance on being active on social media.
Luxury Trendz needed a streamlined solution to sell products online independently rather than through their Instagram account. They were unsure where to start, particularly regarding payment providers and e-commerce platforms.
After a consultation we decided to select the best e-commerce platform and payment providers for their specific needs. We decided on Shopify, a robust platform that could handle their requirements. I then designed a dark, sleek, and simple website that aligned with their existing branding and design brief.
The new website allowed Luxury Trendz to increase sales without the constant need for social media engagement. The site’s intuitive design and seamless user experience helped them reach a broader audience, boosting their online presence and sales.
After using a previous web designer in the past and not being too happy with the result I booked in a meeting with Luke. I was hesitant to get a website back running as the last one didn’t function very well.
After the meeting with Luke and seeing how passionate he was about his work we decided to go for it again. Luke helped us create a website exactly how we wanted with a great theme that suits our brand perfectly. Ontop of this Luke also helped me with how to run the site myself, advising on all the ins and outs of adding products and running the store.
Couldn’t of asked more from him very professional and thorough throughout the full process. He checked in regularly after he had finished our site to see how things were doing and if we needed any help or advice. I know that even if I’m stuck with something further down the line he would be there to help and advise.
